External users: The induction will need to be conducted on-site.

Inductions should be viewed and completed by logging in using the UQ Blackboard system at: https://learn.uq.edu.au/

Some computers do not adequately support Javascript causing some incompatibility issues with the Blackboard system, in which case the following handout (QASP Online Induction Handout (PDF, 1.8 MB)) can be viewed to allow the completion of the assessment component on Blackboard.

Contractors can access a copy of the relevant handout (QASP Contractors Induction Handout (PDF, 280.2 KB)) to allow the completion of the assessment component on Blackboard if there is any computer incompatibility with Blackboard.

Prior to undertaking work in QASP, contractors must first register and undertake an induction with the University's Properties and Facilities division at: https://coo.uq.edu.au/operational-areas/property-and-facilities/pf-staff-and-contractors/building-contractors-and-consultants. This webpage also provides links to relevant safety templates, guides, forms, permits, registers, policies and other resources. Please ensure all relevant documentation is completed prior to undertaking any work at QASP.
